Baoji Haibao Special Metal Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, is engaged in the production of spherical metal powder, also called microsphere powder, by plasma rotation electrode process (PREP) and instilment process. Metal powder produced by us is high cleanness spherical powder in a perfect sphere because PREP and instilment process are unpolluted by the melting crucible and other devices.
Characteristics by PREP：
(1). Spherical powder can meet customers’ special requirements for manageable particle size (-10 mesh to +325 mesh) and narrow class interval.
(2). Various kinds of metal spherical powder and non-fragile nonmetal spherical powder can be made.

Using the instillation
Refractory metal spherical powder (-60 mesh to 1350 mesh) can be made by instilment process.

In Solidification Technology Material Field
Serving the State Key Laboratory of Solidification Technology, we are engaged in the research and preparation of metal and metal alloy spherical powder and participate in the research and preparation of new material spherical powder used in national aerospace and new energy equipment fields.
In Porous Material Field
Serving the State Key Laboratory of Porous Material, we are engaged in the research and preparation of porous metal materials in respects of basic theory of pore structure, preparation theory and technology, performance characteristic and basic theory of application, and participate in the research and preparation of new material spherical powder used in the technical equipment field of national key projects.
In Bioengineering Material Field
